What is personal development and life coaching? The concept of personal development and life coaching relates to increasing your self awareness through looking at your life goals, personal challenges and long standing aspirations. The aim is to evaluate these life changes – whether they relate to relationships, business, finance, health or wellness – while assessing strengths and weaknesses to improve certain areas of your life.
What is this course? This course is designed to be a “living journal” of your life plan, which you will create by diving deep into what it is you really want to discover about yourself, in every aspect of your life.
Who should do this? People who want to take charge of their future, and will not take no for an answer.
What will I get out of this? You will create a life plan that you will return to review and reassess. This plan will include S.W.O.T analysis, looking at you strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. You will be able to add new goals and achievements as your plan unfolds.
Getting started: To get the most out of this course, you should set aside a full day without any interruptions – from other people or technology. Make sure you are in the best possible frame of mind to think laterally about your life, and have a calming place to work.
Practical notes: Materials include mental and emotional scan lists from the HOW TO: Kinesiology? Foundation Formula, to assist with clearing blockages and sabotages to and negative belief patterns around creating your life plan.
