The complete Kinergetics course consists of five sequential workshop units.
Each unit consists of 15 hours of tuition. Each unit is usually taught in the format of a two day workshop.
Each unit can be taken individually, or in complete order from Unit 1 to 5. Unit 4 is a prerequisite for the Kinergetics Master Class.
A comprehensive, clear and easy to follow manual is included in the price of each workshop unit.
The entire course has recently been updated and improved after extensive workshopping. Units 1-4 have been restructured, updated and reformatted to make them even more simple and powerful. There is now less material to learn, making it much easier to pick up and teach. There’s also more practice time and the materials include more photos and professional muscle drawings.
Assessment: Be assessed for FREE! At Bayside Kinesiology there is no charge for assessment - some other providers charge as much as the original course to become assessed for accreditation!
