Is all kinesiology the same?

All modalities of kinesiology share the use of muscle testing to identify blockages and energy dysfunction. But each modality employs slightly different means to access information in order to correct the body. Some may emphasise the emotions while others will concentrate on the physical. Kinesiology practiced and taught at Bayside Kinesiology accesses the mental, emotional, physical, nutritional and metaphysical.

Has anyone experienced a negative reaction to kinesiology?

Occasionally clients may experience slight physical or emotional pain for a few days after treatment—this is the effect of toxins being stirred up. Allowing your body these emotions, taking time out and drinking purified water usually clears this.

Are there any other hidden expenses—such as pills, drugs, herbs or supplements?

Kinesiology does not require anything other than healing energy. Sometimes vibrational essences may be given for you to take at home to support the healing process.

Will kinesiology fix all my problems?

Potentially – Yes. Finding the right pathways to a particular issue then undoing the unconscious locks it had hold of you is like hitting the ‘delete’ button on the computer. Once the problem has been identified and cleared in its totality it cesses to exist.
We never diagnose—we balance energy.

How long do corrections last?

Many corrections last for years, while others are brief but may require short top-ups. It all depends on the history of the blockage or energy dysfunction.

Every fraction of a second that we are conscious, our brains record a large number of perceptions, utilizing all of our senses. Daily, we suppress things, storing them away somewhere in your body and mind: when you are in a stressful situation the brain opens up a file, which can be held anywhere in our body or the body's energy field. When faced with a similar situation later on, the brain accesses and dumps more suppressed information in the old file. Often, these recesses of suppressed energy and emotion go undetected for years, until one day our stored files reach 101% capacity and we hit overload. It can be the proverbial straw that breaks the camel's back. Deprogramming these files can take a long time as we work back through all the accumulated stress and sensory data.

Often there are many layers to an issue. Just as an onion has many layers, we may in our practice be looking at the same issue but another deeper, different layer. Kinesiology's power is in quickly and easily dissolving the layers of an issue by allowing the brain to defuse stress. The bigger the stress the more the brain will attempt to suppress it, in order to restore a state of balance, and the deeper the problem will be buried.

How quickly do I have to learn kinesiology?

You can learn at your own pace, although from my own teaching I have found that the best results are obtained by doing HOW TO: Kinesiology? And Kinergetics as an intensive course. This means you will come away with a very powerful and useable tool relatively quickly.

Do I have to do all the levels?

Each level is taught in consecutive order for Kinergetics. For HOW TO: Kinesiology? not all levels have to be completed.

Is there an exam at the end of each level?

There is no exam for people undertaking study for their own interest. However there is an accreditation assessment for those who are looking to add to their skills in order to provide a health rebate at the end of their learning.

How well recognised is kinesiology globally?

Kinesiology expansion is ongoing and most parts of the world are now recognising kinesiology as an important tool in the art of becoming well in a holistic manner. There are major administrative and professional bodies of kinesiology in Canada, America, and Britain, as well as many other nations. In many countries kinesiology is used in hospital settings alongside conventional Western medicine.

How successful has Kinesiology been in helping people physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually?

There are thousands of testimonials on kinesiology's efficacy for a huge range of conditions, such as: ADD, ADHD, allergies, sore or sprained ankles, arthritis, breathing, bruxism (teeth grinding), candida, children's sleep, chronic fatigue, dyslexia, energy release, feet, fibromyalgia, flexibility, headaches and migraines, hearing, heavy metal poisoning?, hormonal imbalances, body hydration, knee problems, learning disorders, leukemia, mercury poisoning?, multiple sclerosis, nightmares, internal and physical pain, personal growth, relaxation, reproductive issues, rheumatism, sciatica, blocked sinuses, sports-related injuries, stress, surrogate balancing tempro-mandibular joint disorder (TMJ), thyroid problems, vision, and women's reproductive problems.

Can anyone do kinesiology?

Absolutely! If you have a sincere desire to help and take responsibility for yourself and your health and wellbeing as well as the health and wellbeing of others, then you can easily do kinesiology. And you'll be creating a better world by doing so.

Do I need any special qualifications to learn kinesiology?

Anybody can learn kinesiology, and no prior experience in kinesiology or hands-on healing is required or assumed.

Can I do kinesiology on myself?

Again, absolutely. This is one of the great benefits of kinesiology. Self-testing enables you to dispel your own pain and identify your own stresses, allergies or affirmations that weaken your energy fields. This self-testing then gives you greater experience and insight into working with others. Self-testing is also extraordinarily useful when done as surrogate testing, especially when working with infants, small children and animals. Self-testing improves accuracy in healing work, and is essential for skill development.

I'm scared that I would hurt somebody by doing something wrong. What if I forget what to do?

Providing that the intent of your healing is for the highest good for that person, you would not hurt anyone. Remember: with kinesiology, you're working with universal energy, not medication.

How often should kinesiology be done?

Kinesiology can be done regularly without negative side affects. The severity of the stress involved informs the number and duration of the treatments you would need. People with a chronic illness, for instance, may benefit from Kinesiology more often. It's useful to remember that kinesiology is best undertaken as a preventative treatment so as to preserve balance.

Kinesiology has great strengths in being able to clear mental and psychological stresses that disable you from reaching your goals—therefore it's a fabulous course of self-improvement as well.

Is there an age limit to learning kinesiology?

Anyone can learn kinesiology and it is not necessary to have previous experience in kinesiology or hands-on healing.
