FAQ
Is all kinesiology the same?
All modalities of kinesiology share the use of muscle testing to identify blockages and energy dysfunction. But each modality employs slightly different means to access information in order to correct the body. Some may emphasise the emotions while others will concentrate on the physical. Kinesiology practiced and taught at Bayside Kinesiology accesses the mental, emotional, physical, nutritional and metaphysical.
How successful has Kinesiology been in helping people physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually?
There are thousands of testimonials on kinesiology's efficacy for a huge range of conditions, such as: ADD, ADHD, allergies, sore or sprained ankles, arthritis, breathing, bruxism (teeth grinding), candida, children's sleep, chronic fatigue, dyslexia, energy release, feet, fibromyalgia, flexibility, headaches and migraines, hearing, heavy metal poisoning?, hormonal imbalances, body hydration, knee problems, learning disorders, leukemia, mercury poisoning?, multiple sclerosis, nightmares, internal and physical pain, personal growth, relaxation, reproductive issues, rheumatism, sciatica, blocked sinuses, sports-related injuries, stress, surrogate balancing tempro-mandibular joint disorder (TMJ), thyroid problems, vision, and women's reproductive problems.
How often could kinesiology be done?
Kinesiology can be done regularly without negative side affects. The severity of the stress involved informs the number and duration of the treatments you would need. People with a chronic illness, for instance, may benefit from Kinesiology more often. It's useful to remember that kinesiology is best undertaken as a preventative treatment so as to preserve balance.
Kinesiology has great strengths in being able to clear mental and psychological stresses that disable you from reaching your goals—therefore it's a fabulous course of self-improvement as well.
Has anyone experienced a negative reaction to kinesiology?
Occasionally clients may experience slight physical or emotional pain for a few days after treatment—this is the effect of toxins being stirred up. Allowing your body these emotions, taking time out and drinking purified water usually clears this.
Are there any other hidden expenses—such as pills, drugs, herbs or supplements?
Kinesiology does not require anything other than healing energy. Sometimes vibrational essences may be given for you to take at home to support the healing process.
Will kinesiology fix all my problems?
Potentially – Yes. Finding the right pathways to a particular issue then undoing the unconscious locks it had hold of you is like hitting the ‘delete’ button on the computer. Once the problem has been identified and cleared in its totality it cesses to exist.
We never diagnose—we balance energy.
How long do corrections last?
Many corrections last for years, while others are brief but may require short top-ups. It all depends on the history of the blockage or energy dysfunction.
Every fraction of a second that we are conscious, our brains record a large number of perceptions, utilizing all of our senses. Daily, we suppress things, storing them away somewhere in your body and mind: when you are in a stressful situation the brain opens up a file, which can be held anywhere in our body or the body's energy field. When faced with a similar situation later on, the brain accesses and dumps more suppressed information in the old file. Often, these recesses of suppressed energy and emotion go undetected for years, until one day our stored files reach 101% capacity and we hit overload. It can be the proverbial straw that breaks the camel's back. Deprogramming these files can take a long time as we work back through all the accumulated stress and sensory data.
Often there are many layers to an issue. Just as an onion has many layers, we may in our practice be looking at the same issue but another deeper, different layer. Kinesiology's power is in quickly and easily dissolving the layers of an issue by allowing the brain to defuse stress. The bigger the stress the more the brain will attempt to suppress it, in order to restore a state of balance, and the deeper the problem will be buried.
