They are tired, worn out, exhausted, blaming themselves for everything that goes wrong as well as their own inability to spring back and meet the demands of the daily grind.

These people need you and they need you to be good in all areas of ‘life recovery’.

You know you can do it, you know you have empathy and you know you can hold space for these dear people but your scared yourself of knowing if you can ‘fix’ them. After all you don’t want them falling apart even more than they are in your clinic.

Once this is in circuit and still holding modality mode ask which book to go to.. 1,2,3,...10. Then scan down the index, go to the exact page and read off the text needed..

It’s really that simple, you don’t need to be a genius at each subject, you just need to be able to read the information and hold space.
